BCAAs ("Branched-Chain Amino Acids") are L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine which belong to the class of essential amino acids. The body cannot produce these itself and so they must be obtained from food.
They are a very important source of energy, especially for the muscles, and provide a better supply of proteins in situations of high physical stress.BCAA tablets are used for both power- and endurance sports, support muscle growth and inhibit protein breakdown after prolonged periods of stress.
We made a conscious decision to use a 2: 1: 1 ratio of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in our BCAA tablets because the amino acids in their natural state in the muscles are present in approximately this ratio and because most scientific studies have been carried out with this same ratio.
Vitamin B6 regulates key processes in the metabolism. Above all, the body needs it in order to convert and incorporate proteins. Vitamin B6 also helps with lipometabolism. It contributes to the formation of messenger substances in the nerves and affects the immune system.
